Blog EntryWe pulled it off !! .... Taylor Hicks Show at the GloriettaDec 18, '07 2:12 PM
for everyone
was cramming due to last minute changes on the arrangement of the songs ... Taylor wanted it very simple .... not note for note, a little change here and there .... we pulled it off .... we were jamming kenny loggins songs during soundcheck ... couldn't get pictures during the show ... maybe tomorrow at greenbelt .... i'm so tired ... played w/ my band (Route70) after Taylor's .... i'll just post a few pics i got during rehearsals .... c u guys .... goodnight ... :)

well , it's a memorable experience, considering that it's the American Idol Champion we're talking about and shocking 'cause when i got the call we barely had a week to prerpare ...musical charts ... squeezing rehearsals from the already busy sched ... w/ my session work and my retro band ... now that i'm resting from the busy sched i had, i'm trying to recall the short fun times we had w/ Taylor ... and i'm looking forward to working w/ him again, hopefully a full concert ... merry christmas julie and a happy new year ... keep you posted for more pics from the last show at trinoma

Great -- it really looked like you guys had a good time jamming and grooving with Taylor. I've found from the 7 concerts I attended that he never does a song the same way twice -- just imagine what its like to have to do 62 concerts with him. hahaha

Anyway, hope you and your family and bandmates have a safe and Happy New Year.
